stocks. (5/) Includes all boxed primal beef cuts, bone-in.
(6/) Includes spareribs and backribs. (7/) Includes 42% regular
trimmings, 72% special trimmings, boneless picnic meat, jowls, neckbone
trimmings, blade, cheek, head, and shank meat, etc. Packaged bacon,
sausage, and processed items, such as hot dogs and luncheon meats, are
included in miscellaneous cooler or freezer stocks. (9/) Include; ears,
tails, feet, neckbones and snouts.
